Indutec has a wide range of top entering agitators designed accordingly to the process specification and mixing purpose. Most common areas are Biogas, WWTP and Chemical agitators.

IEC and NEMA motors available in 50 and 60 Hz with or without ATEX rating. Prepared for frequency drive unit operation.

Gear units chosen for the application with good safety factor. Additions to the gearbox such as reinforced bearings, oil expansion/storage tank can be added depending on application.

Single or double pedestal with bearing housing and a double spherical roller bearing designed for heavy duty.

Shafts are hollow pipes in carbon steel and cladded with thin pipes in stainless steel. For smaller agitators we use solid shafts. Shaft length and number of shafts are decided for optimal impeller placement and easy assembly. For longer shafts >24m and tanks with variable liquid level bottom bearing can be installed.

Impeller size and number of impellers are carefully chosen depending on tank dimension and the mixing purpose.
